Sir Michael is Chairman and founder of Audley. He advises leaders, corporations, nations and institutions across the globe on high-stakes reputation and communications challenges. He has more than forty years’ experience helping to shape defining national and international moments, from The Queen’s Jubilee celebrations and London’s Olympic bid to major global brand launches, summits and soft-power campaigns.

Annie is a Senior Advisor at Audley, advising boards and senior leaders on culture, leadership, growth, organisational resilience and longevity. She has held senior roles at Goldman Sachs, UBS and UniCredit, and brings more than forty years’ experience helping complex organisations navigate transformation, strengthen performance and turn demographic change into strategic advantage.

Emily is an Associate Advisor at Audley, working with corporate clients, financial institutions and private individuals on strategic questions and complex reputational challenges. She previously spent seven years in strategy consulting, including at L.E.K. Consulting, advising global firms, FTSE 100 companies and businesses such as Royal Mail, and now helps clients turn complex issues into clear plans and practical action.

Emily Callaghan Sloane

Nick is a Senior Advisor at Audley, advising on public policy, reform and the delivery of complex change. A former chartered accountant and long-serving Schools Minister, he spent more than a decade driving major reforms to England’s school system and served as MP for Bognor Regis and Littlehampton from 1997 to 2024.

Katie is a Managing Partner at Audley and a communications and relationship-management specialist. She has nearly two decades of experience delivering high-end, intelligent events and strategic engagement programmes for global brands and UHNW families, helping leaders nurture the networks that shape their reputation. At Audley she jointly leads the firm and oversees key client relationships and campaigns.

His experience spans twenty years in the British Army, security advisory work in hostile environments, and nearly a decade as Principal Private Secretary to The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry.

Rosanna is a Senior Advisor at Audley, advising leaders and senior teams on coaching, stakeholder engagement and complex high-profile delivery. She brings more than twenty-five years’ experience spanning executive coaching and major events, including the Platinum Jubilee Pageant, the Thames Diamond Jubilee Pageant and the G8 Summit.

Rolf Merchant

Rolf Merchant is a Principal Advisor at Audley, supporting leaders in financial services and technology on complex reputation, communications and policy challenges. He specialises in shaping and delivering integrated campaigns for leaders and leadership teams. Prior to joining Audley, Rolf was Head of Public Affairs at Innovate Finance, where he campaigned on behalf of the UK fintech sector.

Mariana is Audley’s Operations Coordinator, supporting the team and ensuring everything runs smoothly day-to-day so that client work is delivered to the highest standard. Before joining Audley she held operations and guest-experience roles at onefinestay and Plum Guide, and she is also the founder of Paisanita, a small-batch food business bringing authentic Argentinian chimichurri to London.

Ben is a Senior Advisor at Audley, advising on the production and technical delivery of complex live events and high-profile moments. With more than thirty years’ experience and a background in theatre, his work spans G8 and G7 summits, Royal occasions including the Diamond and Platinum Jubilee Pageants and the Coronation of The King, and the Atlantic and Pacific Future Forums.

Ben van Grutten

Sir John Tusa is a British arts administrator, author and former presenter of Newsnight. He has led the BBC World Service and the Barbican Centre, and co-chaired the European Union Youth Orchestra. He has served on the boards of the National Portrait Gallery, English National Opera, the Turquoise Mountain Foundation and the British Museum, and chaired Wigmore Hall, the Government Art Collection advisory committee, and the Court of Governors at University of the Arts London (2007-13). He is the author of On Board, Making a Noise and Bright Sparks.

Charlotte is a Managing Partner at Audley. She jointly leads the firm and oversees all client relationships, commercial management and governance, and leads relationships with a number of long-term private office clients. She has worked alongside Sir Michael Lockett since 2003 and has more than twenty years’ experience working with leaders on high-stakes projects, from national events and Olympic programmes to international mandates in markets such as Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and the UAE.

He has spent more than twenty years working at the highest levels of government, politics, business and diplomacy, including as Director of Strategy and Chief Speechwriter in 10 Downing Street and as co-founder of the Atlantic Future Forum.

Chris Wilkins

Harry Wynne-Williams is a Principal Advisor at Audley. Harry helps a range of senior corporate, public sector and private clients use original, authentic storytelling and strategic communications to lead effectively, manage disruption and protect hard-won reputations. He has extensive international communications experience and was formerly a journalist and an army officer.
